1. About this Policy

RYNDA GLOBAL FZCO operates Rynda Crewing. This Policy explains how cookies and similar browser storage are used on our website, why they are used and how you can manage them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data and how to exercise your rights.

Cookies support the website's operation and, where enabled, help remember preferences and understand how people use its features. The cookies relevant to you depend on the pages you visit, the functions you use and the choices available for optional cookies.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your browser or remember information about your visit. For example, a cookie can help maintain your signed-in session or remember a preference you have selected. Browser local storage works in a similar way: the website can keep settings or a draft in it until you clear it. In this Policy, the rules for cookies also apply to local storage.

Some cookies last only for a browsing session. Others remain for a defined period or until you delete them. Their duration depends on their purpose. A cookie does not need to contain your name to relate to you: an identifier or information about your use of the website may be personal data when it can be associated with you.

3. Categories and purposes

Necessary cookies support functions essential to providing the website or a service you request. Their purposes include maintaining secure access to your account, including sign-in with Google, Yandex or Mail.ru, keeping your language, protecting against misuse and remembering a cookie choice. Disabling these cookies may prevent you from signing in, submitting an application or using other requested features reliably.

Functional cookies remember interface settings you choose yourself, such as the display theme, the website language and the state of page elements. They are required for the interface to work, are always kept and cannot be switched off in the cookie settings, in the same way as necessary cookies. They do not collect visit information for analytics or advertising.

Service cookies record the advertising link or invitation through which you first arrived, the steps of the CV form for finding errors in it, and the page version shown when we compare versions of the website. We use them for our legitimate operational purposes: measuring advertising, granting referral rewards and improving the CV form.

Analytical cookies help us understand how the website is used. They may provide information about page visits, the use of features, device and browser type, IP address and problems encountered during a visit. We use Google Analytics (Google), which involves international processing as described in section 6 of our Privacy Policy, and our own product analytics system. Analytical cookies are set only after you consent. Without consent, our own analytics system counts page visits without storing identifiers on your device.

Where applicable law requires consent for a cookie or its associated processing, we request that consent. A choice concerning optional analytics is not a condition for creating a CV or submitting an application.

4. Cookies and browser storage we use

Your CV draft is kept in the browser so that entered details are not lost if the page reloads. On a shared device, sign out and clear the website data in your browser when you finish.

5. Who uses cookie information

Cookie information is used by RYNDA GLOBAL FZCO and, where needed, the providers listed in section 3. Access and use must be limited to the relevant purpose and subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Where cookie information constitutes personal data, the rules on purposes, recipients, international processing, retention and your rights in our Privacy Policy also apply. Cookies do not by themselves give an employer access to your CV; information submitted with an application is handled as described in that Policy.

6. Managing your choices

You can make your choice in the cookie banner on your first visit and change it at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent through these settings or by contacting us. A later change does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the change.

You can also manage cookies in your browser. Most browsers allow you to see stored cookies, delete them, block all or selected cookies, or set different rules for individual websites. The browser's help or privacy settings explain the options available. Browser controls operate separately from any preferences you choose on the website.

Cookie choices generally apply to the browser and device in which you make them. If you use another device or browser, or clear stored website data, you may need to make your choices again. Deleting cookies may sign you out or remove remembered preferences. Blocking necessary cookies can affect essential functions, while declining optional analytics does not prevent ordinary use of the recruitment features.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy when our use of cookies or applicable requirements changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where a change requires a new choice or consent, we provide the relevant information when requesting it.
