Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

RYNDA GLOBAL FZCO wants Rynda Crewing to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people using phones on board with slow connections. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

This statement applies to the website https://crewing.rynda.io in English.

2. Current status

We have not yet carried out a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim that the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. We check accessibility as we build and change pages.

What we already do:

• the website works on phones, tablets and computers, and the layout adapts to the screen width;
• you can choose a light or dark display theme;
• text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom;
• registration forms show errors as text and scroll the page to the error;
• checkboxes and buttons on registration forms have enlarged touch areas.

3. Known limitations

• some older pages and dialogs may not be fully operable with a keyboard alone or announced correctly by screen readers;
• some charts in the employer account may not have a full text alternative;
• vacancies collected from public sources are shown as published by their authors and may be missing structure;
• CV files exported as PDF may not be fully accessible to screen readers.

We are working to remove these limitations.

If you have difficulty using any part of the website, or need information in a different format, email support@rynda.io. Tell us the page address and what you were trying to do. We will try to help and to provide the information in another way, and we aim to reply within 10 working days.

5. Review of this statement

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the website and at least once a year.
