Vessel. Cable layer vessel, GT 10076. Main engine — 9600 kW. Trading area — Far East. Terms. Contract 2 months; salary 229 310 RUB. Travel to/from vessel at employer's expense. Medical examination and safety equipment at employer's expense. Official employment in accordance with the Russian Federation Labour Code. Issuance of safety equipment. Requirements. Valid qualification certificate for electric welder, confirmed experience in welding operations and confident operation of welding equipment; Valid qualification certificate for machinist, experience working on lathes and other metalworking equipment; Minimum 1 year experience in the position of Fitter or Motorman/Fitter on seagoing vessels. Experience on offshore vessels will be an advantage; Practical experience in performing mechanical assembly work, pipe repair, pump, valve, hydraulic equipment and ship machinery maintenance; Knowledge of occupational safety, industrial safety and safe execution of hot work (Hot Work); Availability of positive reference letters or performance evaluations from previous places of employment. Duties. Practical experience in operation, maintenance and repair of ship machinery, pumps, compressors, piping and auxiliary equipment in the engine room; Knowledge of requirements for safe work execution, Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and compliance with HSE rules; Availability of positive reference letters or performance evaluations from previous places of employment.
