Vessel. Product Tanker. Trading area — Sea of Azov, Inland Waterways. Terms. Contract fixed-term employment contract. Work on a shift basis (April to October). Accommodation on the vessel, three meals a day. Competitive salary (base pay + bonuses). Compensation for medical examination and travel to vessel's berthing location. Requirements. Special education; Experience in shipboard restaurant work is preferred; Skills in working with technological and calculation cards, cost accounting, suppliers; Knowledge of sanitary regulations; PC proficiency at user level. Duties. Organization and control of cooks and kitchen staff; Control of kitchen production processes; Control of quality and standardization of dishes; Compliance and monitoring of staff adherence to standards and procedures; Control of kitchen sanitation and compliance with sanitary-epidemiological norms; Timely submission of purchase orders, control of incoming product quality; Administrative-technical control of equipment condition, organization of timely repairs.
